Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking current official sources and consulting appropriate qualified professionals before acting on important decisions. Do not use YouRetire for emergencies or as a substitute for emergency services, clinicians, attorneys, tax professionals, licensed financial professionals, insurers, government agencies, or other qualified help.

Accounts and community content

Provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use the service lawfully. Do not post private records, impersonate others, harass users, scrape the service, distribute malware, manipulate engagement, or publish deceptive, discriminatory, illegal, or infringing content. YouRetire may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts to protect users and the service.

Caregiver jobs and marketplace features

YouRetire does not employ caregivers, verify every claim, guarantee a provider or listing, or act as a party to an agreement between users. Families and providers are responsible for interviews, references, background checks, licensing, contracts, taxes, insurance, payment, safety, and compliance with applicable law.

Availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. YouRetire is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change.
